Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the conditions and procedures for using all services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided on the website (itivai.com) by ITVAI (hereinafter referred to as "Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- User: A person who receives services provided by the Company under these Terms.
- Service Agreement: A contract between the Company and the User regarding the use of the Service.
- Registration: The act of filling out the application form provided by the Company, agreeing to the Terms, and completing the Service use agreement.
- Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing necessary personal information.
- User ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the User and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.
- Password: A combination of letters, numbers, and special characters set by the User to protect personal information.
- Service Termination: The expression of intent by the Company or the Member to terminate the Service Agreement.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
Members who do not agree to the modified Terms may request to withdraw their membership. If the Member does not express an objection and continues to use the Service for more than 7 days after the effective date of the modified Terms, they will be deemed to have agreed to the modifications.
- These Terms take effect when posted on the service screen, the notice board, or by other means.
- The Company may modify these Terms when necessary, and the modified Terms will be posted on the service screen. If the User does not express disagreement and continues using the Service for 7 days, they will be deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.
- If the User does not agree to the modified Terms, they may discontinue the Service and cancel their membership. Continued use of the Service constitutes agreement to the changes.
Article 4 (Applicable Regulations)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Basic Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws.
Chapter 2: Service Use Agreement
Article 5 (Establishment of the Agreement)
The Service Agreement is established when the Company approves the User's application for Service use and the User agrees to the Terms.
Article 6 (Application for Service Use)
The User can apply for service use by filling in personal information in the application form provided on the service registration screen.
Article 7 (Approval of Application)

If the User accurately fills out all necessary details in the application form, the Company will approve the Service use unless there are special circumstances.

The Company may refuse approval in the following cases:
- If the application is not submitted under the User’s real name.
- If the application uses another person's name.
- If the application contains false information.
- If the application is submitted for illegal purposes or disrupts social order.
- If the application does not meet the Company's requirements.
Article 8 (Changes to Contract Information)
The Member must update any changes to the information provided during registration. The Member is responsible for any problems arising from failure to update their information.
Chapter 3: Obligations of Contracting Parties
Article 9 (Company's Obligations)
The Company will not disclose or distribute Members' personal information to third parties without consent, except when required by law, national agencies, or for criminal investigations.
Article 10 (Member's Obligations)

Members shall not engage in the following activities while using the Service:
- Using another Member’s ID fraudulently.
- Duplicating or distributing information obtained from the Service.
- Infringing on the copyrights or rights of the Company or third parties.
- Spreading content that violates public morals.
- Engaging in activities linked to crime.
- Violating any relevant laws.

Members may not conduct business activities using the Service, and the Company is not responsible for any consequences of such activities.

Members may not transfer or lend their service rights to others.
Chapter 4: Service Usage
Article 11 (Member Responsibilities)
- Members are responsible for maintaining their mail, posts, and registered data.
- Members may not delete or alter data provided by the Company.
- Members must not post content that violates public morals or infringes on third-party rights.
Article 12 (Management and Deletion of Posts)
The Company may restrict memory space, message size, and storage duration for efficient service operation. It may delete content without notice if it:
- Defames or slanders another Member or third party.
- Violates public morals.
- Is linked to criminal activity.
- Infringes on copyrights or other legal rights.
- Contains obscene content or links to adult sites.
- Violates any relevant laws.
Article 13 (Copyright of Posts)
The copyright of posts belongs to the original poster. Members may not use Service materials for commercial purposes.
Article 14 (Service Hours)
The Service is available 24/7 unless technical or operational issues require temporary suspension.
Article 15 (Service Usage Responsibility)
Members may not use the Service for illegal activities such as hacking, linking to adult sites, or unauthorized software distribution. The Company is not responsible for legal actions or losses incurred from such activities.
Article 16 (Service Suspension)
Service may be suspended in the following cases:
- Necessary maintenance or construction of service facilities.
- Suspension of services by telecommunications companies.
- System maintenance needs.
- Force majeure circumstances.
Chapter 5: Contract Termination and Usage Restrictions
Article 17 (Contract Termination and Restrictions)

Members may request contract termination online. The Company will verify the request before processing it.

The Company may terminate the contract if a Member:
- Uses another person's ID or password.
- Intentionally disrupts service operations.
- Registers with false information.
- Registers multiple accounts under different IDs.
- Spreads content violating public morals.
- Defames or harms others.
- Engages in spam or bulk messaging.
- Distributes viruses or malicious software.
- Infringes intellectual property rights.
- Uses another person’s information fraudulently.
- Posts obscene content or links to adult sites.
- Violates any relevant laws.
Chapter 6: Miscellaneous
Article 18 (Transfer Prohibition)
Members may not transfer or lend their service rights to others.
Article 19 (Liability for Damages)
The Company is not responsible for damages incurred from the use of free services unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 20 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure.
- The Company is not liable for damages caused by maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
- The Company is not responsible for issues caused by the Member’s negligence.
- The Company does not guarantee any specific benefits from using the Service.
- The Company is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.
Article 21 (Jurisdiction)
Any disputes arising from service use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where the Company is located.
Supplementary Provisions
(Effective Date) These Terms take effect on December 1, 2022.
